Overview
The data you have stored in AllAssets is important, so it makes sense that you’d like to view it outside of the application. Maybe you need to send an inspection result to your compliance team or send the latest risk analysis to engineering. There are a million reasons to export information from AllAssets to Excel, which is why it has made the process relatively easy. Because Excel so ubiquitous, most people in your organization are likely familiar with it. This will ensure a short (or nonexistent) learning curve during implementation.
AllAssets will download reports into the default location specified by the browser.
Filtering the data export
To streamline the way that you select and filter information of your data exports, this application allows you to select the equipment that will be part of the exported file. This is also linked to user security, which will only show the user the sites, and locations, it has access to. To learn more about user roles and security, hit the link.
- Go to Manage Assets -> Reports
- On the left-hand side, you will see automatically listed in a tree view the hierarchy of the locations and sites you have access to.
- Expand the selected site/location to select specific locations you want the information from
- Once you have completed your selection, then you can select your report type
You can export the following types of information from AllAssets to Excel:
Combined Report
This option allows you to combine different sources to create master reports that go through several applications. To do so, follow these steps:
- On the report type drop-down, select Combined
- .The first dataset would be Datasheet, as this is the starting point for reports. Select the template that you are interested in.
- Once the template is selected, the fields will be displayed. Use the checkboxes to select fields to be included in the report. Use the search option to quickly find fields
- Click on the Add Dataset option to select a new dataset. Here you can select RBI, Mitigation Plan, Inspection Report, Thickness Report and Thickness Location.
- The system will display the Hierarchy Items that meet all selected criteria.
- Select the Hierarchy Items that you would like to include in the report
- Click on the download button to generate the Excel file with the report.
Datasheets
Datasheets contain detailed information about the location, asset, component, or part selected. These details come from the predefined attributes specified in the Hierarchy Template application. After the Hierarchy Template has been selected, a list of related items will appear in the table window. Users can then choose one or multiple items to retrieve information about. Once the items have been selected, click the Download button to initiate the download.
Inspection Reports
Inspection Reports contain information about individual inspections and associated template information. These details come from the predefined attributes specified in the Inspection Template application. After the Inspection Template has been selected, a list of related inspections will appear in the table window. Users can then choose one or multiple inspections to retrieve information about. Once the report(s) have been selected, click the Download button to initiate the download.
Mitigation Plans
Mitigation Plans contain information about the mitigations associated with a risk model. These mitigations come from the predefined mitigations specified in the Models application. You can elect to select one or many risk models to report against, by selecting the options on the Risk Model dropdown. After the risk model (s) has (have) been selected, a list of related equipment with its current Mitigation Plan will appear in the table window. Users can then choose one or multiple records to include in the export. Once the record(s) have been selected, click the Download button to initiate the download.
RBI
RBI results are what help drive critical decision-making in your integrity program. This report will extract calculated or derived values for each individual RBI risk analysis. Extracting criticality information has never been easier. Publishing simple information in a simple easy-to-understand format is this report's key advantage. You can elect to select one or many risk models to report against, by selecting the options on the Risk Model dropdown. After the risk model (s) has (have) been selected, you can elect to report at the Asset Level, e.g. Column, at the component level, e.g. Column Top and Middle, or at both levels.
RBI Summary
RBI Summary highlights the main information on your driving risk and the key factors that will have a material impact on the risk ranking of the equipment. Color-coded and presented in a logical order, this query will provide incredible insight into your RBI program. And it works exactly as the RBI report.
Maintenance
This nicely layout report, available in PDF as well, allows you to review the FMEA and the Maintenance Optimization that you have carried against a set of equipment.
Thickness Locations
Thickness Locations are designated locations on equipment where Thickness Reports are conducted to monitor the presence and rate of damage and corrosion. This report will give detailed information about the TML including T-min thresholds.
Thickness Reports
Thickness Reports contain information about individual thickness inspections and the information collected while conducting them. After the Thickness report type has been selected, a list of thickness Inspections will appear in the table window. Users can then choose one or multiple inspections to retrieve information about. Once the inspection(s) have been selected, click the Download button to initiate the download.
