Asset Page – Templates and Models
The development team have made a change to the Asset Details page to provide the User with enhanced information. The Asset Details page now shows both the Template and the Model which the Asset is linked to.
Currently neither of these additional boxes are editable.
What to look out for in the future: A future enhancement will allow the User to select both the Template and Model when they are creating a new Asset.
Navigation to and from the Asset Hub
The Team have completed all of the links between the various screens. The User can, for example, open a Thickness Report and navigate directly back to the Asset Hub Screen, and from the Asset Hub screen they can access Risk Analysis, Mitigations, Inspection Reports and Thickness Reports and from any one of these screens they can return to the Asset Hub Icon on the top right hand side of the screen:
Display summary of Inspection Reports
We have added a summary grid to show the list of Inspection Reports for every Asset.
The User can click on any report to see the Inspection Report details and then click on the Asset in the Inspection Report Hierarchy to return to the full list of Inspection Reports.
Display summary of Thickness Reports
We have added a summary grid to show the list of Thickness Reports for every Asset.
The User can click on any report to see the Thickness Report details and then click on the Asset in the Thickness Report Hierarchy to return to the full list of Thickness Reports.
Risk Summary Re-design
Pinnacle have standardized the layout of the Risk Analysis Screen. In earlier versions the layout of the results on the right hand side of the page changed according to the Risk Model. To make the screen easier to read the results tables are all now in the same order as follows:
The screen shows the tables for
- Criticality Result
- Inspection Priority Number
- Failure Result
- Consequence
What to look out for in the future – We will be making further changes to this screen in upcoming releases to provide even clearer results grids, and we will be including the display of the Risk Transition where AllAssets will make predictions when the Asset’s risk will transition from one Risk Level to the next.
Thickness Reading summary per Location
Pinnacle have added an extra tab in the Thickness Locations page to show the full list of thickness readings at a Thickness Location:
Export Data Function – Additional Reports
The Development Team have added two new items to the Export Data function as follows:
- Events – The User can now download the details of any of the Event Types that have been configured in the system.
- Strategy Rules – The User can download the complete Strategy Rules data for any one of the Risk Models that are configured in the system. This will allow customers to review the strategy rules, make updates and to re-upload them. **Please consult with the Pinnacle Engineering team for the first few times that you do this.
Global Date Control
After some issues reported by some customers in relation to dates, the Development Team have introduced a new and improved Global Date Control. It is a small visual change but the new date control is cleaner and will also prevent the issues that customers were having with dates in different time zones.
Power BI Reporting – Additional data
Further to a number of customer requests we have added a field called “Scenario Type” to the “RBI Data” dataset, thus allowing Users creating reports to retrieve not only Driving Risk Data but also What-if and Archived Risk Data.
