Preventing Duplicate Inspection Reports
AllAssets has been updated to prevent duplicate Inspection Reports when the User uploads an Inspection Report with the same report type and date as an existing Inspection Report.

Report Uploads
If an Inspection Report already exists the application will update the data in the existing report. This allows Users to make adjustments and updates to existing Inspection Reports via data uploads.

User Interface
In the User Interface the application presents the User with an Error Message if they try to create a duplicate Inspection Report with the same Report Type and Report Date as an existing Report for the Selected Asset.
Changes to User Permissions
The AllAssets Development Team have simplified the process of Assigning Permissions. There is no longer the need to create permissions at an Asset or Component level. The lowest possible location for the assignment of Permissions is the top level Location.
Mitigation Plan buttons
As part of improving the overall User Experience the Development team have ensured that the Mitigation Plan buttons do not change when switching between Active and Draft Mitigation plans.
General User Interface Improvements - Data Sorting
As part of our drive to improve the overall User Experience we have introduced some improved sorting in the following screens:
- Inspection Report Templates
- Master Inspection Methods
- Units of Measure
This ensures that it is simpler to locate the items that the User is looking for.
Search Results
The Development Team have made two changes to the Search Results in the pages where the Hierarchy is displayed, namely the Hierarchy, Risk Analysis and Inspection and Thickness Reports pages.
Firstly we have increased the number of results returned from 50 to 150.
Secondly we have introduced additional sorting to ensure that the Search Results are delivered to the User in a more logical manner.

Pinnacle have been working on a revised security model which will allow Users to make use of Password-less login
Mass Mitigations
The Development Team will be adding Mass Mitigations to the Mass Risk Tool. This means that Users will no longer need to run individual Mitigation Plans after a Mass Risk Run. This will save Users a lot of time in their Planning process.
